1. Acceptance

By using our device or scanning a QR code, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Intended Use

Printomato is for personal, recreational use in public spaces. You agree not to:

  • Use it for unlawful or harmful purposes
  • Interfere with the device or its content
  • Commercially exploit the service or materials printed

3. Ownership of Content

Photos taken are owned by the user. We temporarily store them to fulfill prints and analyze campaign results. Unless you give explicit consent, we do not reuse, sell, or publish your photos.

4. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of Printomato devices or website. Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

5. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for failed prints, lost data, or campaign results
  • We are not responsible for user-generated content
  • Use of the device is at your own risk

6. Future Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, without regard to conflict of law principles.
